The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre

The charity is celebrating its 25th Anniversary. Last summer saw the completion of The Clatterbridge
Cancer Centre in Liverpool which took 8 years to build. Now funding is going to concentrate on the
redevelopment of our local hospital on the Wirral.

Sadly Merseyside has higher rates of cancer and most of us have family members or friends who have
been affected in some way. Funding assists in providing families with the very best care and
development of life-saving treatments.

                        IncuBabies is a charity which has been set up to support Neonatal Provision mainly in Wirral but also Cheshire,

Merseyside and beyond. They are actively supporting research for neonates and other poorly babies.

My charity is Versus Arthritis

Versus Arthritis works to provide research, treatment and support to the 1 in 6 people in the UK suffering from arthritis. They provide information about the various types of arthritis, and on the treatments and health professionals who can help. They also work to improve the resources available to sufferers, reducing treatment waiting times and supporting health professionals with the latest information.
