West Cheshire Ladies: Captain of Captains

ROSEMARY IS CAPTAIN OF CAPTAINS

Rosemary Griffiths is appointed the West Cheshire Ladies Captain of Captains.

Rosemary joined Wallasey GC in 1987 alongside her husband, Bill. Since being a member, she has been very involved with the Ladies Section, being Secretary of WLGA several times. In 2004 Rosemary was Lady Captain, the same year that Kay Windsor was Captain of Captains, this being the last time Wallasey held this privilege.

Alongside her work at Wallasey GC, Rosemary has been involved with the West Cheshire Shield from 1999 and was their Secretary until 2005, together with roles within Cheshire County Seniors, ultimately being appointed County Senior Captain in 2012, travelling the country to support their very successful team.

She will be an asset to the society and all at Wallasey GC wish her well in her new appointment.
